Clachaig Challenge, 23-24 July 2007

Another solo, unsupported round of the Coe/Etive hills - 56 miles, 30,150 feet, 30 hours 11 mins

A rather impromptu attempt to put a better line together around the Glencoe hills, starting and finishing at that fine hostelry, the Clachaig Inn. The ground defies usual calculation of times - I'll be back with slightly moderated ambitions for a 24 hour round. Still made last orders at the Clachaig though as the pictures show.

Hello,
I enjoyed your website as I am looking to do a Bob Graham round next
summer. I wonder though if you know of any similar challenges, along
the lines of the BGR, the Land's End to John O'Groats, 3 Peaks etc...
You can email me at alastair.humphreys@gmail.com
Thanks very much!

Hi John,

I've been looking at your excellent blog site doing, conducting some research on long distance challenges. I've noticed that quite a few of the links to the write-ups and schedules for a few of your challenges do not seem to be active. I just wondered if you was aware ofthis and whether or not there is any way I can view them?

Regrads,

Chris
